She is My best friend in college, quiet as a mouse,
But don’t let her silence, make you think she is a grouse.
She is always listening, and always there,
A true friend indeed, beyond compare.
In class, she never speak, but always get an A,
Her quiet nature, is her secret superpower, we say.
And when we’re hanging out, their jokes are few and far,
But when she do crack one, she the shining star.
She is the one I turn to, when I need a shoulder to cry on,
Her silence is comforting, and her actions are never wrong.
She is the perfect balance, to my loud and chaotic life,
A true friend, through thick and thin, through every trial and strife.
So here’s to my silent friend, who never says a word in front of others,
But can’t digest the things in front of me.
May our friendship last forever, just like a perfect chord.
For in their quiet presence, I find my peace and solace,
And together, we’ll conquer this college journey, with grace.
